What is CRM?
CRM stands for “Customer Relationship Management”
The concept of having this tool is to manage customer relationships planned and structured. A CRM tool allows the company to manage customer relationships in a structured and organized with the software that normally live in the house or on demand, in the cloud, for example, via Zoho CRM.
CRM implementation combined with the implementation of the CRM tool for your business strategy helps give details on sales, marketing,customer support processes and improve staff efficiency.
Companies that implement a CRM have often seen substantial improvements in business processes, team collaboration, sales and profitability.
Most CRM systems are divided into three normal (but not limited to) the main modules:
- Customer service
Marketing module allows the marketing team to plan marketing activities, both related to long and short term within your business.
Marketing plans can be entered into CRM and budgets, objectives and tasks of the campaign can be set up campaigns against them. Campaigns can be specific to company size, location, favorite products etc., since all this information is stored within the CRM.
Marketing “campaigns” could take the form of exhibitions, TV commercials, magazine ads, and can address the different leads, but leads obtained from these campaigns have gone out into CRM, which provides an accurate measure of the success of any campaign.
Your CRM can be combined with an application of e-marketing to target the right customers with the right products and analyze their behavior in the course of an email marketing campaign. Over time, you can build an understanding of what attracts customers to your products / services and how to behave during the vision of the information in your email marketing and your website. This gives you a very powerful way to reach your target audience and give them better information in the best medium format.
A key objective of a CRM Marketing module is to generate leads for sales to qualify for the actual sales and therefore revenue for the company. CRM Lead Management lead management involves a structured and organized, whether they are worthy of monitoring and evaluation as a result, in order to convert them into leads for the sales team to follow up and close sales.
